What We Do

Capital Raise and Allocation

Borex Capital is a Family Office, VC Firm based in New York that represents approximately 2100 accredited doctors, HNW investors and Angel Investors. We raise capital for different industries (Biotech, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining. We work with more than 35 VC firms and 75 Family Offices. We invest from early stage seed round to pre-IPO. Our approach is by cherry picking companies based on thorough top-down multi-strategy approach.

Our Approach

We invite CEOs to come to NYC over 3 consecutive nights in a restaurant setting. We invite 30 investors, doctors each night. CEO presents (pitches) his product or company to our investors.  It’s exclusive 3 nights for the presenter, no other company will present over those 3 nights. Investors get exclusive look at the presenting company. CEO will meet 90 HNW accredited investors over 3 nights.

Multi Strategy

The investment objective of multi-strategy is to deliver consistently positive returns regardless of the directional movement in equity, interest rate or currency markets. The risk profile of the multi-strategy classification is significantly lower than equity market risk.

Private Equity

-Private equity is capital that is not listed on a public exchange.  Its composed of funds & investors that directly invest in private companies

Venture Capital

-Venture capital is financing that investors provide to startup companies and small businesses that are believed to have long-term growth potential

Asset Allocation

-Asset allocation is an investment strategy that aims to balance risk and reward by apportioning a portfolio's assets according to an individual's goals, risk tolerance and investment horizon

Alternative Investment

-An alternative investment is an asset that is not one of the conventional investment types, such as stocks, bonds and cash

Real Estate

-Real estate is property comprised of land and the buildings on it, as well as the natural resources of the land

-The healthcare sector consists of companies that provide medical services, manufacture medical equipment or drugs

Hedge Funds
