Boris began his Investment career with Phoenix Financial on Wall Street.  It has been a dream of his to open his own firm and help clients. Currently he is doing Private Equity deals with preeminent Family Offices as well as raising capital for startups and Blockchain companies.

Mirza Baig, Ph.D. is a scientist by profession and currently engaged in working for a major U.S. firm practicing in the field of Intellectual Property.  Having a vast background in academic research and training,  Dr. Baig is currently on the advisory board with Borex Capital and his long time business association with Boris Mosheyev.

Michael began his investment career in April, 1991 as a trader with Goldman Sachs. He left Goldman Sachs in 1997 and started his own fund.
